How to delete your Mine account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app, at any time:

Open the Mine app and log in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

No need to email or contact support first — deletion happens immediately from inside the app. If you're unable to access the app, email bawarimukesh524@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we'll process the request manually.

What gets deleted

Tapping Delete Account permanently and immediately removes:

Your profile (name, age, photos, video clips, bio, prompts, and preferences)
Your verification status
All matches, likes, and passes
All messages you've sent and received
Stories you've posted
Reports and blocks associated with your account
Your Mine Plus subscription status (billing itself is managed and cancelled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

What's retained, and for how long

Your phone number is kept for up to 90 days after deletion, solely to prevent abuse of the platform (for example, blocking repeat fake-account creation). It is not used for any other purpose during this period and is permanently erased afterward.
