Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, registering, or using Mine you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Mine. These terms apply to all users of the Mine mobile application and website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mine. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is underage.

3. Account and Verification

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. We verify your phone number by sending a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and not sharing your OTP with anyone. Mine will never ask for your OTP through chat or support channels.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Create a fake profile or impersonate another person.
  • Use Mine for solicitation, spam, or commercial purposes.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Share explicit, violent, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its data.
  • Use Mine if you are a registered sex offender.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of photos, videos, and text you upload to Mine. By posting content you grant Mine a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other users within the app for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

6. Mine Plus (Subscription)

Mine Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellations can be made through the App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.

7. Disclaimers

Mine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that other users are who they say they are, or that the app will be available at all times. We conduct OTP verification to reduce fake accounts but cannot guarantee that all profiles are authentic.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, interactions with other users, or any loss of data.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile and data are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
